1. Beta software and service
Clador Forge is Beta-stage software and service. It is still being tested and improved. Features, onboarding, integrations, performance, paid access, and availability may change, pause, or stop during Beta.
2. Provided as is and as available
Clador Forge is provided "as is" and "as available", subject to applicable law. We work to improve reliability, but the service may include bugs, delays, manual steps, limited availability, or changes without prior notice.
3. No guarantee of results
Clador Forge does not guarantee views, reach, followers, engagement, revenue, monetization, publishing success, platform approval, account safety, or uninterrupted service. Short-form content performance depends on many factors outside our control.
4. Third-party platform risk
Clador Forge does not control TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, OBS, or any other third-party service. These platforms may restrict, reject, demonetize, shadowban, suspend, remove, or ban accounts or content. Their rules, APIs, review systems, and business decisions may change at any time.
5. Your content and account responsibility
You are responsible for your own content, accounts, access, copyright rights, music rights, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and publishing decisions. You must make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, process, or publish.
6. Publishing workflow risk
Automated or assisted publishing preparation can produce incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, poorly timed, or unsuitable output. Review the Short, subtitles, title, description, hashtags, thumbnail, platform, account, and calendar slot before publishing or approving any post.
7. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clador Forge is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, lost revenue, lost reach, account restrictions, content removal, processing delays, publication failures, or business interruption arising from use of the website, Beta service, or prepared outputs.
8. If you do not agree
If you do not agree with these risks, do not purchase or use paid access, do not request activation, and do not use Clador Forge for publishing preparation. If you already purchased access and believe you are eligible for a refund, review our Refund Policy and contact support.
