4. Seller for purchases

Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, United States), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, taxes and chargebacks. We provide the Clador Forge software and service and remain responsible for it. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Contact point under the EU Digital Services Act

Authorities, users and trusted flaggers can contact us at support@cladorforge.com. You can write to us in English, Hebrew, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian or Russian.

To report content you believe is illegal, email support@cladorforge.com with the link or clip concerned and the reason you believe it is illegal. We confirm receipt, then tell you what we decided and why.

7. Consumer disputes

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect your right to go to court or to contact a consumer protection authority.
