This Privacy Policy explains how Clador Forge collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the website, request access, connect accounts, use Beta features, or contact support.

1. Who we are

Clador Forge is a Beta-stage short-form workflow for creators, gamers, streamers, and teams. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@cladorforge.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and request data: name, email address, Telegram or support messages, access request details, and communication history.
  • Account and access data: license status, activation events, activation codes, plan status, device or installation identifiers, access history, and account settings if accounts are enabled.
  • Social connection data: connected account identifiers, channel or page names, authorization status, scopes, token status, expiration dates, and connection refresh details.
  • Uploaded clips and content metadata: saved highlights, uploaded clips, generated videos, subtitles, titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, calendar metadata, processing status, and related workflow records.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser and device data, approximate location, pages visited, usage events, error logs, diagnostics, security logs, performance data, and user agent.
  • Payment and subscription data: if paid plans are enabled, plan selection, billing status, invoices, renewal or cancellation state, payment provider identifiers, order IDs, tax records, and dispute or refund status.

We do not need full card numbers and expect card details to be processed by the relevant payment provider if payments are offered.

3. How we use information

  • To operate the website, Beta access, activations, connected accounts, and support.
  • To prepare clips, videos, subtitles, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and calendar-ready output.
  • To manage social connection status and publishing workflow preparation when you request it.
  • To communicate about onboarding, access, support, security, billing, and service updates.
  • To improve reliability, product quality, diagnostics, security, and website performance.
  • To prevent abuse, enforce Terms, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

4. Social connections and content

If you connect social accounts, Clador Forge may process connection information needed to confirm account status, prepare publishing workflow output, and support platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. You can revoke access through the relevant platform settings where available.

Uploaded clips and generated videos may include your voice, likeness, gameplay, stream overlays, chat messages, usernames, music, or other personal information visible or audible in the content. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

5. Third-party services

We may use third-party services to operate Clador Forge, including:

  • Third-party publishing workflow provider for social account connection and publishing workflow support.
  • Telegram for access requests, onboarding, creator communication, or support if you contact us there.
  • Google / YouTube for YouTube account connection and YouTube Shorts preparation.
  • Meta / Facebook / Instagram for Facebook and Instagram account connection and Reels preparation.
  • TikTok for TikTok account connection and short-form publishing preparation.
  • Cloudflare, hosting, and storage providers for delivery, security, infrastructure, and storage.
  • Analytics providers for website performance and usage analytics if enabled.
  • Payment providers for billing, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, taxes, and disputes if paid plans are enabled.
  • Email and support tools for responding to support, privacy, deletion, or access requests.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and local storage

Clador Forge may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, support tools, diagnostics, analytics if enabled, and local chat usage counters. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operation, support, billing, security, diagnostics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, and abuse prevention. Clips, generated videos, logs, and connection data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and platform requirements.

8. Deletion and privacy requests

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, export, or objection for personal information, email support@cladorforge.com with enough detail to identify your account or request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. International processing

Clador Forge may be accessed internationally. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, which may have privacy laws different from those in your location.

10. User rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. To exercise rights, contact support@cladorforge.com.

11. Children

Clador Forge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
