This page explains how to request deletion of personal information, connected-account data, uploaded content, generated assets, and support records related to Clador Forge.

1. How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@cladorforge.com with enough detail to identify your account, access request, payment record, connected social account, uploaded content, or support thread. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
2. Data that may be deleted
Depending on your use of Clador Forge, deletion may include:
- Contact details and support messages.
- Beta or future paid access request records.
- Activation, license, account, or device records where applicable.
- Social connection status, tokens, and connected account metadata.
- Uploaded clips, generated Shorts, subtitles, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and calendar metadata.
- Diagnostic logs and usage records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
3. Data we may need to retain
Subject to applicable law, some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing records, tax records, dispute handling, legal compliance, backup integrity, or enforcement of our Terms. We retain only what is reasonably needed for those purposes.
4. Social platforms and third-party services
Deleting Clador Forge data does not automatically delete content, analytics, comments, account records, or logs held by TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OBS, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services. You may need to manage deletion directly through those services.
5. Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Complex requests, backups, third-party dependencies, or legal requirements may take longer.
