Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Clador Forge paid Beta access, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, or activation-code purchases.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, payment provider rules, use of the service, applicable law, and the facts of the request. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are subject to applicable law.

2. Beta-stage paid access notice

Clador Forge is Beta-stage software and service. Features, availability, onboarding, integrations, limits, and workflow behavior may change during Beta. Paid Beta access does not guarantee uninterrupted service, publishing success, platform approval, views, reach, followers, engagement, revenue, monetization, or growth.

3. Refund request window

If a refund request window is shown in a checkout or order flow, that window applies to the purchase. If no specific window is shown, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the purchase so we can review the request fairly.

4. Refund review

We may approve, partially approve, or deny a refund request depending on the circumstances and applicable law. We may ask for the purchase email, order ID, payment provider reference, access account, and reason for the request.

5. Access after refund or payment issue

If a refund is issued, or if a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed through a chargeback, or is canceled, Clador Forge may disable or revoke paid access, subscription status, license status, downloads, or activation codes, subject to applicable law.

6. Non-refundable cases where legally allowed

Where legally allowed, refunds may be denied for:

  • Abuse, fraud, deceptive activity, or payment misuse.
  • Chargeback misuse or duplicate refund attempts.
  • Violation of the Terms of Use or platform misuse.
  • Access already suspended or revoked for misuse, fraud, abuse, or unpaid fees.
  • Requests based only on low views, reach, engagement, revenue, monetization, or growth.
  • Requests based only on a third-party platform restricting, rejecting, demonetizing, suspending, removing, or banning content or accounts.

7. Platform results are not guaranteed

Clador Forge does not control TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, OBS, or other third-party services. Platform decisions, account restrictions, content removals, API limits, copyright claims, music-rights issues, monetization decisions, and audience behavior do not automatically create refund eligibility.

8. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact support@cladorforge.com and include the purchase email, order ID or payment reference if available, account email if different, and the reason for the request.

9. Payment provider timing

If a refund is approved, the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or app store may take additional time to process and display the refund. We do not control provider processing timelines.

10. Applicable law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Refund decisions are subject to applicable law and the terms shown in the relevant checkout or order flow.
