1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Clador Forge website, requesting access, using a Beta service, purchasing paid access, downloading software, or using an activation code, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Clador Forge.

2. What Clador Forge is

Clador Forge is a Beta-stage short-form workflow for creators, gamers, streamers, and teams. It helps capture selected moments and prepare vertical Shorts with subtitles, title, description, hashtags, and calendar-ready publishing information for short-form platforms.

3. Beta-stage service

• Clador Forge is provided as Beta-stage software and service.
• Access may be limited, changed, revoked, paused, or discontinued during Beta.
• Features, limits, integrations, pricing, onboarding, and availability may change.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", subject to applicable law.

4. Allowed use

You may use Clador Forge only for lawful content creation, recording, streaming, editing, testing, and publishing-preparation purposes. You may not misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, resell access without permission, or use Clador Forge for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own content, clips, streams, recordings, and account access.
• You must have the copyright, publicity, music, game, and other rights needed for the content you use.
• You are responsible for captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and final publishing decisions.
• You must review prepared or automated output before publishing or using it.
• You must keep activation data, login details, devices, and connected accounts secure.

6. Social platform compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, copyright policies, advertising rules, monetization requirements, account rules, and developer policies of any social or publishing platform you use, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, OBS, and related third-party services.

7. No guarantee of publication or results

Clador Forge does not guarantee upload success, publication success, platform approval, account safety, uninterrupted service, views, reach, followers, engagement, revenue, monetization, or growth. Third-party platforms may restrict, reject, demonetize, shadowban, suspend, remove, or ban accounts or content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clador Forge is not responsible for third-party platform decisions.

8. Generated or automated output review

Automated edits, subtitles, titles, descriptions, hashtags, calendar entries, and publishing metadata may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before publishing or relying on it.

9. Subscriptions, payments, and access

If paid Beta access, subscriptions, downloads, activation codes, or licenses are offered, pricing, billing periods, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and access details will be shown in the relevant order or checkout flow. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

After a refund, chargeback, failed payment, cancellation, fraud risk, abuse, or Terms violation, Clador Forge may suspend, disable, or revoke access, license status, downloads, or activation codes, subject to applicable law.

10. Refunds reference

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Low views, low reach, low revenue, platform restrictions, or third-party account decisions do not automatically create refund eligibility.

11. Account suspension or revocation

We may suspend, revoke, or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms Clador Forge or others, abuses third-party platforms, involves unpaid fees, chargeback misuse, fraud, or is no longer appropriate for the Beta program.

12. Third-party services

Clador Forge may rely on hosting, storage, analytics, payment, support, social platform, and third-party publishing workflow providers. These providers may have their own terms, policies, account requirements, rate limits, and availability. Clador Forge does not control third-party services.

13. Service availability

Clador Forge is provided as available. We may modify, pause, rate-limit, remove, or discontinue website features, Beta access, integrations, downloads, support flows, or service components at any time, subject to applicable law.

14. Intellectual property

The Clador Forge brand, website, software, workflows, designs, and related materials belong to Clador Forge or its owners and licensors. You retain rights you already have in your own content, subject to the permissions needed for Clador Forge to provide the service.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clador Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, platform account, or business interruption damages arising from use of the website, Beta service, third-party platforms, or prepared outputs.

16. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Israel, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
