1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Clador Forge website, requesting beta access, or using any Clador Forge beta service made available to you, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Clador Forge.

2. What Clador Forge is

Clador Forge is a beta short-form workflow for streamers, creators, and teams. It is designed to help turn stream highlights into short-ready vertical content with supporting captions and publishing preparation.

3. Beta access

• Beta access is manually reviewed and is not guaranteed.
• Features, availability, and limits may change during beta.
• Beta use may include bugs, retries, manual review, or limited availability.
• We may accept, deny, pause, or end beta access at our discretion.

4. User responsibilities

• You must have the rights needed to use any content you submit or process.
• You are responsible for your platform accounts and publishing decisions.
• You may not use Clador Forge for illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• You are responsible for reviewing final outputs before use or publication.

5. No guarantee of results

Clador Forge does not guarantee views, revenue, engagement, viral performance, platform approval, or posting success. Platform rules, account status, and audience behavior are outside our control.

6. AI and automation disclaimer

Captions, metadata, edits, formatting, and other generated or automated outputs may contain errors or require review. You are responsible for the final output and how you use it.

7. Intellectual property

The Clador Forge brand, website, software, designs, and related materials belong to Clador Forge or its owners and licensors. You retain rights you already have in your own content, subject to the permissions needed for Clador Forge to provide the beta service.

8. Third-party services

Clador Forge may work with third-party platforms, accounts, or tools. Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, limits, and account requirements. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to your accounts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clador Forge is provided during beta on an as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or beta service.

10. Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms are violated, use creates risk, the beta changes, or continued access is no longer appropriate.

11. Governing law

These draft terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law requires otherwise.
